TIPS FOR USE

TIP

REASON

Do not add ice cube, or frozen fruit.

Oh, my goodness, those ice cubes are ridiculously solid! They could totally hurt your beloved Ginnie.

Prohibition of dehydrating food and hard ingredients.

Wouldn’t make sense to JUICE dehydrated food, or frozen food right, I mean there’s no juice in those ingredients. And hard solid dried food can damage your Ginnie Juicer.

Cut coarse fiber ingredients into pieces measuring 5-10cm in length.

Those dreadfully lengthy fibers have a knack for getting all tangled up, making processing an absolute nightmare and causing Ginnie to suffer juice-extraction woes or even worse, damage!

Fruits with pits must be pitted before use.

Oh my, the minuscule fruit pit has the power to unleash chaos upon dear Ginnie!

Strictly prohibit using anything other than the pusher to push ingredients.

If you dare to employ any other objects to nudge those ingredients, you'll be flirting with disaster and courting some serious mechanical mayhem! And trust me, Ginnie will be utterly heartbroken by such a calamity!

The machine should not operate continuously for an extended period of time; the duration should not exceed 20 minutes.

Too many work hours make the motor go haywire, like a wacky dance party that wrecks it!

Do not reinsert fruit pulp that has already been squeezed back into the juicer.

Ginnie will turn into a pulp factory gone bonkers when fruit residue decides to party in her innards.

Do not use fruits soaked in alcohol, honey, white sugar, or similar substances.

That squishy feeling would make Ginnie feel so uncomfortable, and you know what? Its feeding tube assembly might just go strike!

Do not insert spoons, chopsticks, or any other utensils into the feeding tube, juice spout, or pulp spout.

It will make Ginnie cry and unleash total chaos!

It is best to drink right away after juicing.

Sip that juice pronto! It's like a ticking time bomb of oxidation, so don't let it linger!

During the juice extraction process, the machine produces frictional noise, which is considered a normal occurrence.

As fruits meet the juicing bowl, they engage in a whimsical squeaky symphony, adding melody to the extraction process.

During the juice extraction process, slight deformation of the juicing bowl may occur, which is considered a normal phenomenon.

As Ginnie juices, the juicing bowl's like, "Whoa, these produces are huge!" But don't freak out! It's all good. When Ginnie takes a break, it bounces back like a veggie-bouncy castle!

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM

CAUSE

SOLUTION

The running machine suddenly stopped (Oh-NOOOO)😭

You must have overloaded the juicer with too many fruits and vegetables at once. Keep it balanced and flowing smoothly for the best results

Time to work our magic! Switch that juicer to the "R" position right away. This way, the ingredients can gracefully make their way back up. If Ginnie still needs a little extra love, no worries! Repeat this action three times, and if it still doesn't feel like juicing royalty, let's give it some spa treatment. Follow the "CLEANING" steps to pamper our adorable machine before it's back in action, ready to create juice wonders once again.

Did someone get lazy, and  forgot to cut up the ingredients before feeding into Ginnie?

So, you see, Ginnie loves its snacks, but it prefers them in smaller, more manageable sizes. Hard veggies and fruits, like carrots, need a little extra love. Give them a nice chop into thin strips or small cubes before sending them down the chute, and Ginnie will be thrilled!

The juice yield is insufficient, or the juice leaks from the main body. (Good heavens, what's happening)😱

The juicing bowl and the silicone stopper have not been properly installed.

Ah, gotta give them a little nudge. Just follow the assembly steps and give those mischievous parts a proper reinstallation. They just need a little reminder of where they belong.

Abnormal noise (Uh-oh, what's that about?)🥺

The part causes a squishing sound during extrusion.

Looks like Ginnie gets a bit too excited while doing its thing and starts giving fruits and veggies a tight squeeze. No need to fret. You can still use it with confidence and keep juicing away. It's like Ginnie's way of saying, "Let's get this juicing party started!"

Uh-oh, the feeding tube assembly cannot be opened.😲

Too much pulp in the juicing bowl!

Let's switch that juicer to the "R" position. That's the secret code to let the pulp flow out and make some room for more deliciousness.

A hard object, such as a fruit pit, is stuck in the juicer bowl.

Switch Ginnie to the "R" position, and watch as those mischievous hard objects find their way back to the feeding tube.

Excessive residue clogs the feeding tube and juicing bowl.

Whoops, looks like Ginnie's got a stubborn food party going on. Easy fix guys! Just flood the tube and bowl with water, and let it chill overnight - they'll lose their stickiness by morning. (Ginnie’s body should stay clear from the sink)

Containers and accessories are dyed after use (very normal!)🤗

The containers and accessories are prone to staining due to the specific natural pigments in fruits and vegetables.

That's just the natural shades from our lovely fruits and veggies leaving their mark. Totally normal and just part of the juicy journey!
